Analytics (Jung Ah)

• Last meeting October 3

• Set regular meeting times: 1st Thursday at 2 PM

• Set regular open forum times: 1st Wednesday at 2 PM (first one Nov 6). ACRL at the December open forum

• Set up Google Drive for committee work

• CSU Analytics Consortial Folder Clean-up continues

Discovery (Ken)

• First meeting Sept 25; next meeting later this week (October 23)

• Working on this year: AI products (Alethea, Primo Research Asst); VETT; working with: linked data, DITF, Ex Libris; mobile experience; Confluence/wiki cleanup; accessibility testing; customizations to be ready for NDE

ERM (Genesis)

• Chris Lee and Kirstie Genzel attended ERM Functional Committee meeting to discuss CSU ERM Canvas course

• Chris showed the course for Rapido, how the modules were set up

• Kirstie will do a module for Consortia Manager

• Jessica discussed the Canvas course with the Acquisitions Task Force about doing a couple of modules on licenses and purchase orders

• ERM Office Hours will be held November 22nd, 10:00am.

  • Kirstie is going to show how to update IP’s in Consortia Manager, answer questions

  • Update on new EBSCO UI and issues with the new UI

Fulfillment (Linda)

• Goals - Create a Canvas Course with Modules for Student Assistant (SA) Training; Manage Patron Services interface change in November

Resource Management (Corinne)

• Last meeting October 17

• Goals for coming year: survey about how other CSUs manage their resources and who does that work; New titles search; secondary resource types; Documentation clean-up

Resource Sharing (Rosemary)

• RSFC hosted a Show and Follow on custom Borrowing Cancellation reasons for Rapido on 10/16/2024. Chris showed a code that will add a pre typed cancellation note to go with the new cancellation reasons.

• I-SPIE TV was hosted on 10/17/2024. RSFC presented a Rapido Refresher on using the print app.
