Email received: I do not know what enhancements you are voting on, but I wanted to suggest one that would make my scheduled reports more usable. When creating an analytics object that is sent out as a scheduled report, my only options are delivery as a PDF, Excel, or Text file. If we could have the added option of export as a .CSV file, I would be able to sort my report. Currently, it exports in Excel and merges identical cells in a column. This makes my report almost unusable as I cannot sort it. Please consider this for an enhancement idea if it is not already listed.

Cathe was asked to add a link to a survey from return receipt based on criteria (either location or item policy). Has anyone done this--do you have an example I could use?

At SLO, course info not showing up on some items in OneSearch for things that are on reserve #00649878:
Was told it’s because of the dedup process
ExL suggested solution is to move course info to local fields. They said it just requires a change in Primo normalization rules-no change in Alma.
We often need to look up items in OneSearch to see what course it’s on reserve for since that is the way we shelve CRs.
Has anyone else run across this issue? Has anyone changed their norm rules?
No one else has noticed it, but it could possibly be an issue that is affecting all campuses.
Cathe will talk to David Walker and see if there needs to be a system-wide solution.
Mallory went on a journey, into the sandbox, to set up a resource sharing test environment, which has proved very difficult. Suggestions were given.
