Regarding picking up CSU+ requests at alternative CSU, there is no “perfect solution”. Perhaps the best option is having staff manually place the CSU+ request.
This might be a problem with campuses with the ARS. This might be a moot point as visiting patrons don’t usually request CSU+ so it most likely won’t happen very often.
Mallory recommends that we add in to the documentation that we considered the hardship on the campuses with the ARS, but the benefits outweigh the hardships for the greater good.
Natasha will incorporate the testing results and discussion into the document she and Joe created and then the committee will review and hold further meeting if necessary.

Cathe found items with an expired course date, but the material still has courses attached to them. She can’t find any useful information in Analytics; she has filed a case with ExLibris.
Matthew said the new bings and noises in Alma are driving him crazy.
Natasha said that she thinks there is an update in 2020 that will sound alerts for pop ups and perhaps this is part of the transition to that.
Kevin noticed some of the canned reports aren’t working anymore. You now have to copy the report into your own folder to use.
