Unanimous agreement that the analytics session on day 1 was disappointing and not as helpful as it could be. The second day was far more useful to folks in general as it provided more hands-on and real-world experience. Overall the feedback was positive

Integration with Bursar for fines and fees - seems like a lot of interest on this, FFC will add this to the agenda to pursue next year.
Access Services conference: Natasha brought up the idea that it would be better to have a multi-day ULMS Summer Meeting with multiple tracks and more people involved. Similar in set up to ELUNA but more focused on issues directly affecting the CSUs. It’s possible we may want to extend this out to the rest of California instead of keeping it within our own group as well.
Mallory: related to the article she shared with the group, what kind of data can we collect with regards to policy changes that affect student bottlenecks? For instance: course reserves accessibility, self-checkouts etc. More discussion will need to be had about this. Others agreed.
Idea: share the article individually with certain key folks and then perhaps discuss further internally before presenting it to the rest of the CSUs.

Issue with calendar that was causing trouble - figured out she put the day of the week wrong. Note: make sure that you leave the “day of the week” field empty if you are doing a date range of 2 or more days.
