Walk-in Users Requesting Update

Chris & I met with Natalya from the RSFC and David Walker to discuss the possibilities for Walk-in User CSU+ requesting.
Chris submitted a Salesforce ticket to see if there is a way to assign a username & password to external accounts. No response yet.
David will look into the Resource Sharing requests API, which will need to be tested to answer some of our questions.
