Because instructions on a task may be specific to a campus, how to indicate that on the Wiki? Have a generic “this is what you can do in ALMA”, and campuses can make their choices. The FFC can discuss this on a case-by-case basis as well, which is better, generic or specific campus. |

Bathrooms and elevator protocols are generally decided by the campus. Facilities have done the work of labelling these spaces at SF, SB and probably SM Enforcement (long term): how do staff handle; CSOs should be helpful with this task Staff spaces: For this area, create signage, etc. IF NEEDED, but it may not be required. Cleaning shared equipment/spaces (such as phones, work tables): campus dept. should create the protocol for themselves for cleaning, use. Keep cleaning supplies nearby for everyone to use Jamie recommends posting the Recommendation document on the Wiki, and it can continue to be updated. |
