  1. Staff availability
  • July 3: Dolph, Megan, Svetlana out
  • July 4: Independence Day (ExL US offices closed)
  • July 6-7: Lynn out

 

  1. Primo status
  • All CSU sites are live with Primo!  CONGRATULATIONS, EVERYONE!!!
  • Ongoing publishing cycle is operating normally for all institutions
    • Any delay is due to the larger-than-usual loads that are inherent to cutover.
  • Last round of NR changes have been applied to newly migrated / published data
    • Same rules are in place on production and sandbox until all sites are loaded.  (Old test load data is still present on Sandbox for now; plan forthcoming to replace that with cutover data.)
    • Investigations being done on reported issues (FAST heading examples, etc.)
    • Renorm planned to start Friday night, June 30 (according to David W.).
      • Changes can be previewed on Sandbox
      • See related Basecamp threads following up on those changes
  • CSU Open Discovery Forum – Monday June 26: anything to mention from CSU?


 

  1. Alma status
  • All CSU sites are live with Alma!  CONGRATULATIONS, EVERYONE!!!
  • Alma Health Checklist revisions – due Mon, July 17
    • Please work from your previous checklist submitted in May and update it.
    • Suggested week to fill it out is July 10-15, to give time for acclimation to live work
    • Post to Basecamp when ready
  • Alma advanced functional calls – series on hold (per Brandon msg to PM list)
    • No call June 29
    • Series may resume if needed on July 6, if CSU requests
  • Switch To Support – estimated week of July 31 (Brian Noone, Sr. Support Manager, Ex Libris)
