- Primo status
- Ongoing publishing cycle is running
- Group 1 and 2 data published and ongoing
- Group 3 data indexing; likely to finish hotswapping June 22 (3 days ahead of schedule)
- Any delay is due to the larger-than-usual loads that are inherent to cutover.
- Last round of NR changes have been applied to newly migrated / published data
- Same rules are in place on production and sandbox until all sites are loaded.
- Investigations being done on reported issues (FAST heading examples, etc.)
- CSU Open Discovery Forum – Monday June 26 (11am PDT)
- Alma status
- Cutover is underway now for all campuses.
- Network Zone and Group 1 are live!!! Congratulations!!!
- Sac State and San Marcos are live on NA03!!! Congratulations!!!
- Group 2 are live!!! Congratulations!!!
- Group 3 checking data on prod (acceptance notification due today June 21).
- Reminder: complete your Scheduled Jobs List and attach it to your cutover case in SF
- Review “Testing Guidelines” doc from Sarina (incl links to Ex Libris testing guides)
