• Compound objects need structuring

• Bulkrax (bulk ingest module) to be tested soon

• Open forum late September to report on progress

• Seeking base level of functionality before adding more testers.

• Testers using two forms:

  • Pilot Feedback Form

Digital Archives Pilot Feedback Form

Pilot Feedback Form created by Jamie Zeffery distributed to pilot team. Jamie walked through the form for the group. Form will be used in areas of the assessment that testers want to provide more extensive feedback. Submitted forms will be aggregated for the benefit of CO repository personnel.

Metadata Update

• Looking at crosswalks from pilot campuses, what field labels are being used and how they are mapped. Project is identifying most used elements and areas lacking consensus, for example, how "dcDate" is used.

• Project is now soliciting feedback for the MAP spreadsheet from DAWG and pilot group.

Samvera/Hyrax Resources

• Samvera Knowledge Base - Provides Samvera users with information regarding how to use the repository software.

• About Hyrax (for Managers) FAQ - Bird’s eye functionality intended for repository managers.

• Pilot Report - Document outlines goals, objectives and timeline for the pilot project.
  
  

Personnel Registry

• Update changes to CSU Personnel Registry for DAWG members. Split up work to check in with other campuses to gather and submit personnel changes. Amalia and Ariel will check-in with campus points of contact for IR and Digital Archives.

• Ariel and Adam added updates to the registry for their campuses.

• Jill will add personnel entries for SJSU
