• Toolkit is completed and Eric filled it out for CSUSB (90 minutes to take, approximately)

• Other group members will complete by September 4th, 2020 at the latest

Digital preservation research

Erik

• Erik and Eric have split up the work on this and are investigating different tools

  • two deliverables for the year: guidelines and best practices for digital preservation, other is investigation into applicable systems

  • Utilizing NDSA tiered approach but specific to CSU

  • Looking at Archivematica installation and feature set

  • Both efforts will inform each other

• Some tools: DigPres Grid, COPTR
