Update on ERM Wiki working group

• A working group, including @Christine Holmes @Anne Sin @Lucy Campbell @Jessica Hartwigsen @Genesis Ramirez @Ya Wang will coordinate separately to work on reorganizing the wiki.

• The first meeting has been scheduled.

Future ERM Open Forums

All

• Calling them “Office Hours”

• The 3rd Friday of every month from 10am-12pm

• Kirstie will reach out to Anthony at CSUF for a TS Open Forum session on Alma Licensing.

Updates on new ERM enhancements and follow up on problems.

• Christine/Jessica will announce updates at the TS Open Forum on October 20th and encourage people to attend our newly established Office Hours.

3. Control the Ability to Ignore Title Based Link Resolving

   1. New feature added in August release that can deactivate “fuzzy” searches in Alma for Primo. Fuzzy search is the default, if there is no match on identifier or title, a fuzzy match is enacted on a possible title match. Can be deactivated.

4. Follow up on issues with “Exclude CDI eBooks” setting and the Rapido CDI setting.
