  • Fresno agreed to host the 2021 (virtual) Digital Repositories Meeting

  • Not meeting in November & December due to calendar conflict

  • In meantime, working on documentation tasks

  • Going over DAMS evaluation toolkit

    • Have added questions about size of digital collections

    • Apply to discussions around systemwide DAMS

    • Hoping to have that out end of Dec., deadline end of Jan.

  • Thinking about metadata profile for digital collections

    • in conjunction with MWG

  • Taking a high-level look at Alma Digital

    • question came from COLD

    • apply DAMS evaluation rubric to this tool

  • A couple of campuses setting up local Hyrax instances

    • San Marcos has theirs up

  • Doing some research on how CSU campuses (and other institutions) are using genre

    • COLD took a lot of interest in this

    • Melissa & Dana clarified to deans we are still in the infrastructure building phase, and can’t support this yet
