30 min	Rapido Discussion	All	How are things going? What is working well/what is not? It is still in development. New releases in the upcoming months should put many of the final pieces in place. Libraries would still need to go out to ILLiad for material that couldn’t be filled in Rapido. Similarities between Rapido and Define Time to Reshelve integration? They are very similar but Rapido include returnables, while Alma RapidILL integration handles only articles. Alma RapidILL integration could keep the users mostly using a single system for most article requests.

10 min	Alma/Primo Satisfaction Survey	All	Discuss RSFC comment for submissions. Are we satisfied with current functionality? What is missing that you feel is critical to perform your current role to the best of your ability? What could be improved? What are the issues most impacting performance in your functional area? Chairs will submit summary of how committee and members of affiliated community feel about how well Alma and Primo are serving your needs.

Natalya will do the following two sections. ‘Completed But Not Received’ report. Demonstrate how to add widget of report to Alma dashboard?

@Joe Gerdeman (Unlicensed) will see if the Convert to Resource Sharing from failed Patron Physical Item request issue has been resolved.
