Goals
Confluence and Other Updates - Natalya added instructions on how to shut down CSU+ centrally. Meghann and Natalya have been updating the Network Zone CSU+ dashboard.
Courtesy Returns Best Practices - Natalya wrote a draft. Lets have a look and give feedback.
June Alma Release - Doesn’t look too exciting for RS but lets review anyhow.
Sandbox Testing - We didn’t finish sandbox testing before Mallory left. Maybe we can finish today.

| Natalya put together instructions about enabling the turn off/on CSU+ systemwide and put it on confluence. Perhaps this would be useful solution for winter break. NZ dashboards are being updated to count requests correctly based on new understanding. Definitions or descriptions and date filters for reports are being added. Reviewed the reports and updates together to find other things to keep or change. |

| Time is running short for testing today. Joe can sandbox test alone but its informative for all. Reviewed testing checklist to see what is left to test and added a few items that weren’t on the list. |
