Alma to ILLiad API Analytics issues

Natalya

Natalya discovered some issues with external identifier with the API created ILLiad requests. They have CALS in it so they will be considered CSU+ requests by analytics. Joe A and Natalya (maybe Joe G watches and decides if he wants to do the API thing.

2:27-

Reserves Requesting

Meghann

Reserves being included in CSU+ means they get auto-cancelled when requested. Meghann found that her reserves collection is discoverable at other libraries. They thought they had it set up to restrict Reserves from discovery. What determines what is included in CALS_PRINT scope? How do we make reserves items not discoverable? display logic rules and GES

CSU+ blank titles

Joe and Mallory

Most campuses saw a huge drop off in blank titles from 2018 to 2019. Mallory opened a case for the problem at the time. Primo Delivery Template needed to include additional set of metadata. Fix was done on a campus by campus basis. Mallory is going to ask Dave if he fogot to fix San Jose and San Marcos. Affects stuff cataloged in the IZ and not the NZ.

Regional Rotas

Joe

Mallory and Joe created rota templates in Network Zone to make it easier to configure regional rotas. Joe set up rota assignment rules and it works. Goal to turn on this Tuesday.

CSU+ Expansion

Joe

Brandon has volunteered himself, Mallory, Natalya and Joe to write a white paper on expanding CSU+ with UCs and CCCs. Brandon sent technical questions to ExLibris to investigate feasibility

CSU+ Satisfaction Measurement

Joe

Brandon is interested in users' satisfaction with CSU+. Methodology? Bookmarks with links to survey? QR and bitly? Adding to hold shelf notification emails?

What does Brandon want to know? What is his goal?

Satisfaction with TAT?

Ease of use? User experience?

Satisfaction with current loan period?

How will we get campuses to distribute survey?
