  • First session hosted by Corinne and Hugo, and controlled vocabulary feature of metadata editor came up, 8 people came to the session

  • Next office hours schedule is February 20th at 1pm-2pm hosted by Hugo and Nerissa

  • Plan to schedule the next session for one hour, and send out reminder the day of to remind people it’s happening

  • For now focus on completing updating the how-to documentation and then we can look at the policies and see what we might be able to focus on versus what might need to be postponed until later

  • We’ll use some of the next RMFC meeting to make updates to the how-to documentation, focusing on the two how-to's that need updates and the two maybe’s that need small revisions.

• Request from Northridge/Luiz - genre, audience, accessibility note (tabled until next meeting)
