| Communication | Committee will use ULMS Technical Services list and Slack TS channel to disseminate information (decisions, documentation, policies, training, projects). Committee members were encouraged to subscribe to Slack channel to communicate and monitor discussions related to resource management. | Meetings | Committee will meet twice a month (on the first and third Mondays of the month from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.). |
