Primo Enhancements

These are the ones that stuck out:

• 6642 - Digital library card for mobile devices - They’re already doing this at San Marcos and it’s VERY handy

• 5675 - Default display of the sort type in Loans list / 6691 My Library card: ability configure the sort order of active loans to "Due date - oldest" as default. (Primo VE) - they seem similar but in demand by patrons

• 6734 - Improve display and function of My Account pages in Primo - would improve patron experience for those with multiple walk in patron accts

Course Reserves Analytics follow up

Jamie points out that there are lots of problems with the example reports:

• filters that were used did not apply or were not available to all campuses so did not produce results - this is not uncommon when ExL produces sample reports, they don’t make them universally applicable.

• The suggestion to use a course dashboard in response to creating a faculty report isnt' really feasible because they made one dashboard per course with no way to export the information and no way to compare courses.

Many other problems will arise, I’m sure. Mallory will think about the best way to follow up.
