Promoting CSU+ (Arturo & Chris) - where are we at with this one?

Chris will add content from Arturo’s email and post. Can add more from M. Little when received.

CSU+ Overdue and Lost Loan Profile - is the FFC/RSFC task force is reviewing these? Can that group be responsible for posting and we link to their page? Or do we need to?

Joe added some screenshots and clarification to the draft Astra created. Chris will review and post.

What’s been posted to the wiki this week

We should send out an e-mail notifying people about what's been posted.

Blocking patrons when a CSU+ item is overdue

The group needs to form an official recommendation on this topic. Mallory reviewed emails that were sent back and forth and the four responses received seemed to be pretty evenly split regarding how to handle blocks

Option A = allowing patron limits to impose the block (which means different campuses will block at different dollar amounts)

Option B = blocking via overdue profile which will become un-blocked once the item is marked “lost”

Philosophically it seems that A lines up with how we’re handling other pieces of CSU+ and fulfillment policy implementation - campuses define how/when they collect money, send overdue notices, obtain replacement copies. Logistically it's easier to implement and train if the procedures align with local policy instead of creating a special case for CSU+ items.
