| Creating a Resource Sharing Strategy | RSFC | - In order to make changes to the rota we need to have some sort of guiding principles or goals. Without it we’re just shooting in the dark.
- This should be something approved by COLD but they need some kind of recommendation from us to get going on that. That is where our group comes in.
- What does success look like? Is it equitable workload? Is it speed of delivery? Something else entirely? How does Alma-based resource sharing support the mission of our libraries? We need to prioritize measures of success.

| Release testing - can/should we do it? | RSFC | - Plus: The group can make recommendations and people can pick and choose what they want to implement.
- Plus: Could lead to suggesting improvements to ExL based on our testing of new releases.
- Plus: Would also allow us to figure out what may have “broken” as a result of a new release - communicate that it’s a wider issue to other CSUs and potentially other RS
- Concern - it can be quite time consuming.
- We can reach out to Kate Jones to see what they do at Orbis.

| Update to the Centralized Reporting System regarding Courier | Arturo Mendoza (Unlicensed) | - Proposal created explaining the purpose of collecting more data
- Beta testing/data collection period of Fall ‘18 recommended to initially collect data.

- Where should the submission form live? Put a page on the CSU+ wiki and also link from the ISPIE website. Recommend bookmarking the link.
- Remind people over and over and over to use the form.
