Bags | RSFC | - There are 42 bags that are broken/out of circulation
- Most have very small holes to patch (this can be done with a patch kit?). Some have larger holes that require more work to fix.
- Need to create a budget request for COLD by July 16.
- Chris Lee (Unlicensed) is reaching out to a local mending shop to get an estimate. Will hopefully get more information today
- Arturo Mendoza (Unlicensed) reached out to a local upholstery shop who makes umbrellas/gazebos and they need photos of the damage to provide an estimate
- Estimates needed by Thursday.

TRICOR service | RSFC | - Is it worth doing some kind of centralized data collection effort to deal with service issues (missed deliveries, poor driver performance)?
- At this point we have no idea how often issues come up with Tricor
- Put up a google form on the wiki and ask everyone to submit to the form when they experience a problem. Collect data monthly and review it with Tricor.
- At Orbis they had a webform that people could fill out and when content was added to the form an email went to the central RS coordinator and the courier customer service. Data could be gathered to show performance issues if needed for an RFP.
- Arturo Mendoza (Unlicensed) will lead the charge to gather data and move this forward. Turner Masland (Unlicensed) will also work on this project.
