Reduce group meetings to twice a month to increase productivity in between meetings.
We can communicate through email or slack in between meetings.
We can add meetings back in if any pressing agenda items come up.
The group will be split into two working groups to work on policies and Analytics
The working groups will work independently, but still come back at every FFC meeting and talk to the group about their progress, any pending decisions, etc. to give everyone on the FFC time to give feedback/opinions, etc.
The groups split into the following working groups:
The leads of the Analytics/Policies group will be reaching out to the working groups soon to start work.
The FFC will also continue to work on workflows
There are several workflows on the Team Drive that need to be looked at and uploaded to the wiki.
After all have been looked at, Christine will upload them to the wiki.
Continue to do a training at every Open Meeting

ELUNA Enhancements
The ELUNA Enhancements for Alma were due to Brandon earlier this week.
The Coordinating Committee is in discussions to determine how the voting for the CSUs will be polled.
Brandon also sent out a reminder about the Idea Exchange.
Each person can submit ideas and vote up to 20 times per year.
A submission counts as one of your votes.
Natasha told the group that a good idea to make your idea known is by putting it on the Alma listserv.
Comment Form
There have been no comment form entries since we started the comment form.
rdowns@csudh.edu (Unlicensed) will send out an email to the Access Services listserv to remind everyone that we have a comment form and to please use it for comments, questions, concerns, training ideas, etc.
Next Meeting
Our next FFC meeting will be on at 10am.
What's making you crazy this week?
What's working particularly well?
Cathe talked about how they submitted a ticket about the expired hold shelf list. This list isn't including any holds that have another pending hold on them. This is having things stay on the hold shelf for too long and the subsequent patrons aren't getting the holds that they have requested in a timely fashion.
Troy talked about his implementation of Circuit. He said it's been going well, but they are now doing double checkouts for these items. Vicky also expressed concern with getting Link+ up and running. It was supposed to be done prior to the start of the semester, but the semester has been going on for about 4 weeks now and still no Link+
