Updates to Confluence | - Christine updated the How to Instructions/Guides section. It's now populating to the home page making it easier to find/access.
- Workflows was separated from this area so it is now on it's own section which is also on the home page.

Update and Timeline for Workflows | - We have 4 workflows in our Team Drive right now.
- ACTION: By the end of the day Tuesday, January 16th everyone will look at these and make comments so we can post the workflows to the wiki.
- If you have your name on another workflow on our list that hasn't been drafted, we can discuss at our next meeting what you will be working on and when you can have a draft workflow posted for review.

Future Goals | - How to get feedback from people?
- Open forum
- Survey
- Open comment form
- Focus group
- Mallory strongly encourages people to take action instead of surveying people. Think about the problems that you are having at your campus, special projects that you want to do and make those issues what you are working on for the larger group.
- People are either experiencing the same things as you or will express their needs at some point in the future after they see what our group can offer.
- It's too easy to wait and wait for feedback and direction from others. It could take up a lot of time and could end up holding our group back from getting anything done.
- Matthew: A useful feature in a prior library group he worked with: a regular analysis of "What's not working for you this week?" – when people bring up their personal problems you can find lots of things that identify issues beyond your campus that can turn into other projects.
- ACTIONS:
- Adding an agenda item for each committee meeting: What's making you crazy this week? What's working particularly well?
- Creating the comment form and introducing it at our next Open Forum.

Slack | - It's overwhelming with all the groups and notifications. How to make it more palatable/useful?
- Matthew: responding to a conversation by starting a thread. Keeps things tidy. Can we encourage people to do that?
- Mallory: reduce the pop up notifications - only get notifications for channels that matter most to you.

What's making you crazy this week? What's working particularly well? | - Patron load – expiration dates are not updating and that's problematic because it's shortening due dates.
- Natasha: Patron load (that usually occurs nightly) stopped running sometime in the Fall (November 6th). They think that it's narrowed down to a campus issue but their IT folks have not been responsive.
- Christine: Patron load was not updating anyone and this began around the first week of November too.
- Matthew: Patron load stopped working around the beginning of November too – related to the PeopleSoft update.
- There is no error on the Alma side because it went to gather a file, but there was just no file there. So Alma did its part of the job.
- ACTION: Matthew and Natasha write up a message about what's going on at their campus and forward to Christine. She will forward the information to David Walker.
- CSU+
- Natasha: CSU+ requests are auto-cancelling without seeming to go anywhere, even when there are requestable titles available. However, she can't seem to re-create the issue in order to troubleshoot.
- Troy: User group – Have you tried re-creating the request with the same user group? He remembers having a similar issue when they first started but can't remember what the problem was. Jessie may have submitted a case.
- Jamie: Does it have something to do with the locate profiles – how does Alma determine which campus owns which item? They have received requests for items they don't even own.
- Currently each institution is set up with a locate profile that consists of title, OCLC# and ISBN. How those are prioritized or used if they conflict with each other is a mystery right now.
