 Workflows UpdateChristine Evans (Unlicensed)
  •  The Fulfillment Functional Committee (FFC) is currently working on the following workflows:
    • Recalling items for reserve
    • Lost/Missing/Claimed Returned procedures
    • On the fly items
    • Collection inventory
    • In house usage/loans
    • Work orders for exhibits and repair
    • Unlinking course reserve brief item bibs from the NZ
    • Walk-in patrons (with Resource Sharing group)
  • Matthew Prutsman (Unlicensed) would like input from campuses who have performed an inventory.
    • Please contact him through email or slack if you have any information.
  • Individual workflow updates will be given at the December Open Forum.
IP Address LimitsCathe Olson (Unlicensed)
  • Since Alma is cloud based, some campuses may want to restrict off campus access for some employees.  Alma allows restrictions based on IP addresses.  Exceptions to log in outside of approved IP addresses can be set up in the employees Alma user account.
  • Cathe demonstrated how to set-up the IP restrictions and will share documentation.

Analytics UpdateChristine Evans (Unlicensed)
  • The team is working with a representative (Amanda G. (Unlicensed)) from the Analytics group to create reports and documents that can be shared with all campuses.
  • Fulfillment analytics training will be given at a future Open Meeting (hopefully January or February).
Days Closed ManagementMallory DeBartolo (Unlicensed)
  • With the holiday break nearing, Mallory is working on documentation to help campuses find items that may be due during the closure.
  • Documentation will include:
    • Verfying loans are acting as expected
    • Hours are set-up as intended
    • Finding loans currently due back during closure times
    • Solutions to fix issues
