| Sound check | | - The group was encouraged to test their audio as well as microphones due to audio issues that we had during the last Open Meeting (some reported that they couldn't un-mute themselves at the Open Meeting in September).

| Update on group format | | - At every Open Meeting there will be a 10-15 minute training session.
- Topics will be sent out far in advance and we encourage questions to be sent out in advance to tailor the training sessions to your needs (the more questions/real life scenarios the better!).
- We want to encourage everyone to send us training topics and the group will add them to the list of future Open Meetings.
- We will try to vary the Open Meeting dates/time so everyone will be willing to attend (or as many people as possible).

| Training – Terms of Use | | - Troy Compton (Unlicensed) gave a great session on troubleshooting the Terms of Use (TOUs).
- Reminder the the new UI will be default for all of us in December of this year.
- Fulfillment Configuration Utility is a great place to start when troubleshooting the TOUs.
- This will give you the Fulfillment Unit name and the Fulfillment Unit rule and the actual TOU.
- If you scroll down you can also see the details of that particular TOU.
- To use the Fulfillment Configuration Utility you need the patron information as well as the barcode of the item.
- In the new UI to look up configurations you can use the filter list (search) if you are unsure where your configuration is located.
- Troy Compton (Unlicensed) showed the group how to add a TOU in the new UI and he went over adding a policy type in the TOU.

| Update on group's progress | | - Christine Evans (Unlicensed) showed the ULMS confluence site and showed the group the Coordinating Committee page as well as the Fulfillment Group page.
- The Coordinate Committee group has update on all functional areas.
- The Fulfillment Group page has Open Meeting recording and notes as well as minutes/agenda items for the committee meetings.
- The group is working on developing workflows for day to day activities. The group is currently brainstorming ideas.
- We have also reached out to the Analyics group.
- We plan on having a general tutorial done by the Analytics group as well as showing us common reports.
- Please send ideas for additional tutorials for the Analytics group if you have any ideas.
