Task Forces Work Planning

User Experience and Development - David Walker, Ian Chan (Unlicensed), Jessie Cai (Unlicensed), Ryan Schwab (Unlicensed), Mary Wegmann (Unlicensed), Zacharry Williams (Unlicensed)

• TF will continue the work from prior AY and analyze new UX findings to produce recommendations.
• TF can present recommendations via open forums to gather feedback.

• Primo UI Environmental Scan
• CSU Survey of Primo UI
• Form Matters: Looking at the Impact of Layout and Wording on Discoverability

Analytics Joint Task Force - Ian Chan (Unlicensed), Ryan Schwab (Unlicensed), Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed)

• Ian Chan (Unlicensed) will send out meeting request for TF to discuss 

Norm Rules Joint Task Force - David Walker, Marcus Jun (Unlicensed) will chair. Ellen Jarosz (Unlicensed) will represent Discovery

• David Walker will form a joint task force to address search results relevance ranking issues.
• David Walker will take this to the other committees and present needs with call for volunteers

Uresolver - David Walker, Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed), Ian Chan (Unlicensed), Zacharry Williams (Unlicensed)

• David Walker to discuss project goals with ULMS Fulfillment Functional Committee and ULMS Acquisitions & E-Resource Management and request a call for volunteers. 
• Aiming to have volunteers from Fulfillment and ERM by end of October.
• Usresolver TF can start meeting to discuss project parameters. David Walker will initiate this.

• Ian Chan (Unlicensed) to schedule open forum for week of 15 Oct 2018 - will check for conflicts with conferences and other events.
• Schedule next committee meeting for the 30 minutes prior to next open fourm
• Open forums to be scheduled at four week intervals
