ULMS Steering Committee now includes Chris Lee & Jessica H from the CO
Chris Lee, Jessica H, and Christina H can now see all Ex Libris Salesforce cases from all CSU campuses to look for trends and issues

Analytics
An Analytics Open Forum is planned on Zoom for November 2 from 2-3pm. They will be demonstrating the new analytics UI (no longer opt-in after November 5, 2023) and showcasing Sacramento State’s course reserves dashboard. They will conclude by allowing time for open discussion and general questions about Alma Analytics.
Tested out an enhancement that allows Network Zone members to access reports created in the Network Zone. The feature will be turned on at all campuses. Once turned on, the Cal State Network Zone folder will appear under shared folders in each institution zone.
Working on creating a Rapido IZ dashboard in the Network Zone that can be added as an analytics object in each Institution Zone. The IZ dashboard will be nearly the same as NZ dashboard but without campus prompts and maybe a few other slight variations. Chris Lee will no longer need to update the Rapido dashboards in each IZ if we implement this and turn on the feature mentioned above in each IZ.
Formulating plans for cleaning up the Cal State Network Zone folder in preparation for linking the folder in IZs. Switched our focus from the community folder to this folder but are having issues producing results in the Analytics Usage subject area. A case has been filed with Ex Libris.
