October 2022 ULMS Update
Project Management
The 2022 ULMS Satisfaction Survey has been shared with all CSU library staff this week via the ulms-announce mailing list. This survey will be used to gauge staff satisfaction with Ex Libris and their products and to produce a report to be shared with COLD and Ex Libris executives. In past years, Ex Libris has provided responses to the issues collected via both the Staff and Committee surveys and worked with us to resolve as many issues as they can.
A survey was sent out regarding a potential resumption of ULMS in-person meetings. Please keep an eye out for both surveys and participate if you can.

David has done some work to test the impact of the November Angular upgrade in Primo VE. The central package will be taken care of but campuses will want to check local customizations to make sure they are functional in the latest version of Angular.
Working Group
From Hannah Lee, on behalf of Primo VE testing group: Testing group met to discuss workflow and expectations. We’ve created a template to work from and will fine-tune using the next Primo VE release in November as the first test; spreadsheet of updates can be VIEWABLE (not editable) on the Discovery homepage.
We are wrapping up the Primo VE Evaluation Survey on October 21 and the committee will discuss October 28.
A Primo VE issues form is now available for reporting issues that appear to affect more than one campus.LibWizard
A call sent out by Keven Jeffery, on behalf of DFC: The ULMS Discovery Committee is looking to compile a list of OneSearch user interface, user experience, or other discovery related studies undertaken across the CSU. If you have done a study, are doing a study, or are planning a study we'd like to know about it. Our plan is to compile a list of studies on confluence for future reference.
