    • Look out for winter/spring term years not being accurate

    • Python script to massage data to meet needs

    • Searchable ID ties the Alma course to Canvas - needed to keep natural language course name for easy identifiable course name

    • Use general integration profile - course loader

      • Rollover - associate next class with list

    • Citation tags - filter citations for review (course reserves operator when processing requests in Alma)

  • Copyright - can add PDF when adding the citation initially, then request copyright clearance or pay per use tag.

  • Requesting primarily done by librarians working on the Alma side. Some faculty who are comfortable do add items to reading lists.
