• Reminder of April 3 webinar of collection devt dashboard: Data Visualization Dashboards for Physical Books Retention and Physical Books Deselection (8am but you can get on recording later) register

• Jung Ah - answer on Analytics-Tableau connection?

  • Jung Ah did not receive an answer. Christina will file a case

• ELUNA conference items on Analytics 

• Call for cessation of gathering IPEDS stats document for comments

  • There will not be a statement from the CO. The deans might make a statement. Christina will update us of any official statement from CSU’s. Feel free to make a comment.

• Some Analytics case updates

  • NZ analytics reports that timed out for a while, until Feb 2024. Ex L worked with Oracle to make some backend changes to improve performance.

  • This was also related to the problems that users were experiencing with exporting.

Folder permissions

• Should we adjust the ability to delete some sub folders?

  • Jung Ah to explore it and get back to it.

  • We may want to remove the “Delete” access from certain folders and give “Delete” access to only certain users by user ID in analytics.

  • Probably a project for the next AY,

  • We put this on the agenda for the next meeting.

  • We decided to adopt Harvard’s naming convention. Natalya will update the document further and send it out to everyone.
