Folder permissions

• We will look into removing the “Delete” access from certain folders and give “Delete” access to only certain users by user ID in analytics.

• Removing Delete Permission in Alma Analytics

• We will not make it a part of the policy since this is more of a procedure.

• Christina will make a list of folders to “protect.” We will go over the list at the next meeting and the decision will be posted on the wiki as part of the meeting notes.

Network Zone folder inventory and usage report

• Look at usage report - Analytics Usage Tracking - California State University Network Folder Pivot by Year 20240402.xlsx

  • Start highlighting reports that meet the criteria for deleting to see who needs to be contacted before deletion.

  • If the report listed in the inventory spreadsheet is not listed in the usage spreadsheet, it means that the report had no usage.
