  • Cathe wants to make a task force to make standards for checking and noting damaged materials.
  • Check and note damage on incoming CSU+
  • Check damage on returned CSU+ to see if patron damaged items (or if it came damaged)
  • Check for damage before sending through Tricor and create standards for what items are too damaged to send.
