Alma Shibboleth	David Walker	Instructions for setting up Shibboleth are available here - https://calstate.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ULMSS/Authentication share with your campus Identity Management / IT folks Some institutions are reporting an error appears in Alma after logging on: The User is Not Authorized in Alma Stanislaus and Humboldt are able to authenticate OK Does the problem lie in the user record (unlikely) or the Shib integration profile on the Alma side? Is the user identifier not being parsed properly by Alma? a nice version of the first example would be to have Xerxes extract the OCLC number, do a look-up in the Primo API using OCLC number, and if it gets only one hit, extract the doc id and forward the user to that directly, like this URL: https://humboldt-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/primo-explore/fulldisplay?docid=01CALS_ALMA71139719050002901&context=L&vid=01CALS_HUL&lang=en_US&search_scope=EVERYTHING&adaptor=Local%20Search%20Engine&tab=everything&query=any,contains,795174285&sortby=rank&offset=0 Many campuses note that their campus SSO is configured so once you sign on, you can never sign off. Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed) solved this problem for Primo by asking campus IDM folks campus IDM folks to provide the IdP logout URL and supply that to Exlibris. you can also put that in to the Primo BO SP configuration and the issue will be resolved. Talk to your Shibboleth folks about a logout URL. Both Alma and Primo support redirecting the user to a logout with the IDP. But you have to kill the Shib session to end the SSO session.
Redirect URLs	David Walker	Xerxes URLs will redirect to Primo by grabbing the OCLC number, possibly Primo Central ID, and if all else fails title/author and forward the user to Primo Link resolver base URLs will soon be ready that will redirect to the UResolver, e.g. link.calstate.edu/humboldt?id=pmid:23888172. Testing still underway, Dave will report back to listserv Bin Zhang at Sacramento wrote an Apache redirect for III perma URLs for their original migration for Millennium
Forms / Migration Data	Sarina Sinick (Unlicensed)	Sarina will grab data files from the Ex Libris FTP server, but please place your migration and field mapping forms to the server so Sarina can retrieve them
