5 minCO Integrations project updates (PeopleSoft patron loading, PeopleSoft Financials, Shibboleth)

PeopleSoft Patron Loading

  • Vanguard campuses have completed early testing
  • Chancellor's Office is correcting some issues Vanguards identified
  • Dave to give presentations to PeopleSoft groups about this project - will be giving a heads up to technical user group of PeopleSoft
  • Finalized script will be ready in December

Primo Authentication

  • Ex Libris re-building Primo, so authentication work is also on hold
  • A few campuses haven't tested authentication, so once Primo is back up end of November, another call for testing will go out

PeopleSoft Financials

  • Task Force has been meeting
  • Found 2 different upload standards for invoices
    • one for manual upload
    • one for system-system integration upload
  • Identifying technical requirements for integration
  • 4 campuses currently integrate between current ILS and PeopleSoft, priority is ensuring these campuses will be up and running day 1
  • Close to the point where code will be developed
