Report Summary | Campuses are being encouraged to test self-check machines to make sure they are operational. Currently, 4 of 9 campuses have successfully tested self-check. Three of 9 campuses have reported feedback in a self-check testing form we have available on Confluence (Testing Status for Self-Check). An update reminding campuses to test was sent out on 2/13/17. Campuses with more than 15% self-check circs were sent a follow-up email on 2/17/17 to inquire on status. Monterey Bay informed us that they will be going live without self-check functionality, since IT is configuring their machines, they've not had self-check for the last year, and want to only implement/test once. Thus the number of campuses with self-check above was updated to nine. Currently, only one campus with more than 15% of circs on self-check has not tested (Channel Islands). All other campuses that have not tested have less than 15% of circs on self-check. We plan on sending another reminder on 3/15/17 to the remaining campuses testing self-check. We are not on schedule to complete testing by 3/1/17 and hope to complete testing now, or receive information on campus' plans by 4/3/17. |
