  • Discussed some changes at San Luis Obispo and San Jose that might affect self-check (changing cards & barcode specs)
  • Natasha shared some issues using Alma at a previous institution including:
    • Due dates on receipts were not printed on 3M stations in Alma
    • Not all account info displays in account; users have to check Primo account
  • Group discussed having a deliverable of test protocols for the campuses, which would include known issues such as the due dates and account information issues as well as results from the survey that would need to be tested.
  • Suggested agenda for next meeting:
    • Review results from the survey
    • Discuss what documentation we would provide to campuses
      • Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed)'s documentation from testing 3M systems
      • Determine a plan for working with the remaining non-3M campuses on configuring self-check
    • Discuss test protocols documentation
