  • Reviewed results from campuses - a few are missing and can be filled in later.

  • Reviewed additional comments from campuses to see if anything additional should be in the test protocols.

  • Renaldo mentioned that Fresno has been discussing self-check & RFID with Channel Islands and Monterey Bay

  • @Renaldo Gjoshe (Unlicensed) will send the information from Ex Libris that he used to configure 3M

  • Group discussed testing at San Luis Obispo, Pomona and SJSU

    • Campuses will need to be certified before being able to test

    • SJSU may or may not be able to test

    • It may be possible to test on Fresno's instance if Pomona and San Luis Obispo aren't able to test locally

  • Discussed how we want to hear about problems

    • Salesforce has reporting functions for project managers.

    • Certification has to happen before issues can be submitted.

    • Suzanna following up with CO about possible tracking system/software for reporting issues.

  • Suzanna drafting test cases

  • Discussed implementing a log on Atlassian to see where various campuses were in integration/testing
