107Align earlier title fields with title search fieldsEarlier title field isn't linking properlyhttp://bit.ly/37oOmqk
(production)

115Add AVD field to PNXPlease add the AVD subfield b to the display or Addata sections of the PNX. The identifier in that field allows for creating links to the digital representation stored in Alma. I would like to use that identifier to construct more user-friendly digital representation links with the Primo UI.http://bit.ly/2QFprJm
(production)
Added to addata/mis2
117Prevent 541 from displaying when $5 existsOCLC # 942691618 for Bluebook (a pulp serial) has both a 541 and a 700 that have subfield $5 IaU indicating the provenance of the items in the University of Iowa's collection. In Primo, the 700 field appears to be suppressed but not the 541, which might indicate to our users that the source of the acquisition was Randy Hevelin, which is especially problematic when our copies were actually a gift from Marshhttp://bit.ly/2QPvtqX
(production)
Added a condition to the display/description rule set for the 541. Also, added for 501, 506, 526, 533, 538, 541.
118, 127Change label from ISMN to Other IdentifierLabel is too precise, given the varying meanings behind the first indicator for this MARC field.http://bit.ly/2D5hPHT

Front-end label change.
119, 126Separate/remove LC & Dewey from identifiersLC and Dewey numbers are classification numbers, not identifiers. Also, the LC and Dewey numbers in the bibs can be different from the call number in the holdings record. This may be confusing for users.http://bit.ly/2qpsGtK
(sandbox)
Removed LC and Dewey numbers from Identifiers section.
120, 122, 131, 132Incomplete citationCitations missing publisher name. (When bib record contains a 264 instead of 260 field)http://bit.ly/35kmG4b

121Add 776$x to dedup rulesIt is recommended to ensure that 776$x fields be included in norm rules in the dedup/c2 and dedup/f3 fields.

Added 776$x to dedup/c2 and dedup/f3
123, 133Remove bracket from creation date, regardless of positionIn Primo, the record has an odd character in the date. it is1]705 when it should be 1705. I thought maybe I could fix it in Alma butit doesn't show in the Alma record. According to Ex L for my SF #00712359,there is a flaw in the norm rule. "Looking at the source record, you cansee that it looks like this: 260 ##$aLondon :$bPrinted for T.M. in Corne-hill,$c[1]705.

124Align 600 subfields between display/subject and search/subjectSubject headings containing subfield d (e.g. 600 10$aChaucer, Geoffrey,$d-1400) and t (e.g. 600 10$aChaucer, Geoffrey,$d-1400.$tKnight's tale) are getting truncated in the search section of the PNX (e.g.<subject>Chaucer, Geoffrey,</subject>). As a result, when you click on these subjects to search them from the Primo record, the resulting exact phrase search doesn't find any of Cal Poly's print books because they all have the truncated version of the subject in the search section. Trimming the search down to just the truncated section ("Chaucer, Geoffrey")restores the print books to the results.http://bit.ly/2QHCw4K

125Add fre to the list of values in 6XX $9 that would trigger suppressionMake sure 6XX fields with $9 value of fre do not displayhttp://bit.ly/2KHLM4S
(sandbox)
Added a parameter ensuring the absence of fre in subfield 9.
128Align rsrctype PNX metadata in facets and search sections for LPs and VHSWe found that the discoverability of some material types differs depending on whether post-search facets are used or pre-search advanced search is used. The specific cases we found concern the 'audios' and 'videos' advanced search options which fail to find LPs and VHS. The reason for this is that rsrctype metadata differs depending on the section of the PNX record. VHS have <rsrctype>videos</rsrctype> and<rsrctype>videocassettes</rsrctype> in the facet section but only <rsrctype>videocassettes</rsrctype> in the search section. A similar situation arises with the LPs. We would like at least these two cases fixed, but it might also be worth doing a double check to make sure the umbrella terms like 'audios', 'videos' are matching between the <facets> and <search>sections of the PNX.

These two examples are currently retrieving no results; during sandbox testing, they should each retrieve a record.

Added facets/rsrctype values to search/rsrctype
134Add 7XX to creator, if "$e author" exists.Co-authors are currently displaying as contributors. Note: This will not solve all problems with the display of co-authors since the relationship designator ($e author) is not a required element. But catalogers can add this element to the master record, as needed, especially for local faculty publication.https://bit.ly/2YJOr3U
(sandbox)
George, Michael P. and Weist, Mark D. are in MARC 700 with $e author. Currently displaying under Contributor label.

Creator field expects only a single value, so apparently cannot add multiple authors. Recommend campuses move Contributors field up right below Author, as in this example. The relator term "author" will distinguish co-authors from additional contributors.  Campuses may also add Contributors to the brief display, as you can see here.

135Add 776$x to search/ISSN ruleSearch to find journal for Nursing using ISSN 0360-4039 retrieves only the print journal. Norm Rule currently uses only ISSN in 022 MARC field. Records lacking the ISSN in 022 field for related format will not retrieve that record.

Ensure that 1555-1180 gets written to search/issn in the PNX

Added 776$x to search/ISSN rule.

Pre-renorm advanced all-CSU search for subject contains "undocumented immigrants" retrieves 165 results.

Added transformation routine to display/subject to 650 rule. This will replace the heading in display. Added an additional rule to transform heading in search/subject 650 rule. This will retain the existing heading and add the preferred heading. Both will be searchable. Added an additional rule to transform the heading in browse/subject 650 rule. Both existing and preferred headings will display. (There is no way that I know of to prevent the existing term from displaying in browse).
