The specific cases we found concern the 'audios' and 'videos' advanced search options which fail to find LPs and VHS. The reason for this is that rsrctype metadata differs depending on the section of the PNX record. VHS have <rsrctype>videos</rsrctype> and<rsrctype>videocassettes</rsrctype> in the facet section but only <rsrctype>videocassettes</rsrctype> in the search section. A similar situation arises with the LPs. We would like at least these two cases fixed, but it might also be worth doing a double check to make sure the umbrella terms like 'audios', 'videos' are matching between the <facets> and <search>sections of the PNX. | Advanced video search for VHS: Advanced audios search for LP: These two examples are currently retrieving no results; during sandbox testing, they should each retrieve a record. | Added facets/rsrctype values to search/rsrctype |
