The Primo display rules allow $c to show in the earlier and later title links and when title link is clicked, a title search is performed on the complete displayed information. This is resulting in "no record found" when we do own the earlier title or later title, see example below. In this case a title search is being performed on the 780 $t and $c when you click on the earlier title link. If the discrepancy were small I’d try to get my local tech services folks to remediate the underlying records but we are seeing ~2k in the discrepancy with no discernable pattern.
