Changes

Change # refers to corresponding card # on the Trello Board.

Renorm delayed because sandbox and production were on different version when renorm was originally scheduled to start.

New transit town (Greg Ripa is a 952 local added entry (personal name) but in Primo displays as if he were a creator.)	Currently, the 700, 710, and 711 fields fall under to display:contributor, but the equivalent local fields 952, 953, and 954 are under display:creator.
