Campus Updates/Announcements 

  • Welcome and introductions

  • Jia Jia and Rachael-Joy served on FFC last year. Welcome to all new members.

Steering Committee Update

  • No updates yet. Our first meeting is scheduled for September 27th 10-11:30.

Open Discussion

  • Establish regular meeting time. Wednesdays from 1-2pm. Every week to start, but can adjust as needed.

  • Information for service as vice-chair. Asking for a volunteer. 

  • Review of Google Drive and Confluence pages. 

    • Rachael will begin to grant everyone access.

Wrap up/Action Items

  • Rachael to grant access to FFC Google Drive

  • Rachael to send out information RE: Cal State Walk-in policy

  • All to ask around in your departments for what fulfillment topics they would like to see addressed by FFC this year.
