Lost Item Billing policy change proposal

Original policy Overdue fines

A request to change the 14 day to 30 because the lost item workflow is broken. This would mean staff don’t need to constantly go through this workflow, but can instead send a day doing it monthly

Thoughts?

45 is best.

Chris will write up a mini proposal
