Rapido Printing Customization

Least Paper

• The Lending Library prints the pull slips/Lending book band/shipping label before searching for the book.

  • All information is included on the pull slip. The Pull Slip is the book band and has the shipping label (when necessary). No additional printing for the Lending Library.

• Borrowing workflow is unchanged from Traditional.

Modified for Sticker

• The Lending Library prints a minimalistic pull slip/shipping label (shipping information only generates for libraries outside CSU).

  • Will have information necessary for pulling the book (title, author, location, and call number) and the shipping label.

  • This slip would not have the barcode

• The Lending Library prints the sticker label when you check out the book for resource sharing.

  • This does have the barcode and is the sticker label.

• Borrowing workflow is unchanged from Traditional.

Chris met with SCELC, they want to do statewide courier route and network with LINK+

Wording on contract will be amended to change from courier service to CSU’s and UC’s to include other CA library stops.
