Courier Problem Reporting Update

• There were 3 reports in October and one in November. Nothing at all since then.

• How should we promote/remind folks to use the form?

CalState Walk-in Recommendation

• We will meet with the FFC sometime next month to discuss and finalize the Cal State Walk-in recommendation.

  • Main issue was that you need an internal account to have Primo log-in but that would not allow network blocks to transfer from the home to host campus .

  • Need to look into new enhancements (if any) that may have addressed this.

  • Placing manual requests may not be convenient and we may need to develop an intake mechanism for those requests.

CSU+ external partnerships

• Expanding CSU+ through a secondary rota

  • There is interest from non-CSU libraries to join CSU+

  • If we want to pursue this, let’s brain storm what we would want it to look like
