1.       Test load status:

 

o    Draft inputs submitted via case; next step: EXL checking, will move to migration team for 2nd round of checks after verification on our end

·         San Jose: P2E will be sent in the next couple of days

o    Inputs finalized by: Dec 1

o    All data files on FTP by: Dec 11

o    Test load migration start: Dec 15

o    Alma environments released: Jan 20 2016

o    Action: Audrey to provide FTP credentials to Brandon after the call today - DONE

 

 

2.       Fulfillment functional area review (Megan)

 

Requests:

• Creating & cancelling normal item requests

• Create a booking request (All Vanguards using booking)

• Digitization requests (if will be using in Alma instead of current Vanguard ILLiad practices)

 

Course Reserves:

• Create Course & Reading List

• Add repository citation & briefs

 

Other Fulfillment topics:

• Fines & Fees

• Check in & out

 

Note: please try these workflows out on the sandbox. We can request a sandbox refresh periodically (every 3 months?) - so please feel free to experiment.
