 1.        Meetings scheduled for:

 a.       Jan 13 - cancelled

 b.       Jan 20 - cancelled

 c.        Jan 27 --> our next check-in

 d.       Feb 3 --> Primo Handoff (Action: We will post links to introductory webinars to Basecamp after this meeting)

 

 2.        Status check on where we are with the vanguard phase –

a.       Test load underway; on track to deliver test load data later this month (1/20-21)

b.      Configuration forms submitted; being checked

c.       3RD party integrations --> let's talk about this at our 27th meeting and get a prioritized list of integrations per institution

d.      Primo questionnaire: we have responses from everyone. Thanks!

3.       Next steps:

 a.        EXL will release test load environments to Vanguard institutions and apply Alma configuration settings

b.       Vanguards will check their migrated data; some documentation here: link and report data issues via Salesforce (by mid-March at the latest)

c.       EXL will apply initial Primo configuration and set default views up for the Vanguards in readiness for a Primo handoff in early February (note: Primo functional training and discussions can be scheduled separately from the project calls during the Vanguard phase if there is a large volume of questions)

d.      3rd party integrations à vanguards to select key priorities to start working on during this phase
