20min | Resource sharing | Brandon | - Karen will lead this discussion at COLD, having worked with CRSP on a recommendation.
- Recommendation will focus on:
- Systemwide support for Alma resource sharing and ILLiad.
- Chancellor's Office position to support this work.
- Engagement of the deans with this issue:
- What do we want from the deans?
- Approval of the recommendation and acknowledgment of the work needed?
- This issue given priority?
- Commitment to resources needed to make it happen?
- Cost will be a major point.
- Perhaps we can encourage them to talk to their staff?
- Patrick and Brandon will follow-up with Karen on how this group can help facilitate this issue.

10min | Training and travel | Alice and Brandon | - Also a point of discussion at the COLD meeting
- In-person training space is limited. Although 80 people (the limit) per-day is actually a good amount.
- Budget for travel for next year TBD.
- Location of training and other in-person meetings creates inequality in campus participation.
