ERM Post-Migration Task List
This list is for items that are known to NOT migrate from SFX to Alma and may need to be set up post-migration. Included is a list of possible tasks Tech Services will have to complete post-migration. The list is similar to the tasks found in SFX. Also the tasks will help ensure e-resources are functioning correctly in Alma. Help for each task is available in References column. The task has a priority of ESSENTIAL, RECOMMENDED or OPTIONAL. If there are any issues with an e-collection or tech services settings, check ERM Known Issues to see if the issue has been reported to ExL.

Elsevier AutoLoad: If using Elsevier auto-load targets in SFX, locate token on the server-side and enter it in Elsevier auto-load in Alma. This target is also available for sharing but there is an Elsevier ebooks autoload target that some libraries are using. Publish Google Scholar Exports from Alma. The ExL migration team has set up the export file needed for GS. ExL is going to post an information request to Basecamp and will provide instructions going forward.
