ACRL IPEDS Official ULMS folder in Alma Analytics | Amanda Dalgleish, Jung Ah Lee | The folder location is: “/Shared Folders/California State University Network /Reports/ACRL IPEDS Official ULMS” For login to NZ analytics, email chennessey@calstate.edu. Reports in the “Run in the IZ” folder have been reverted back to 2/26/2023 version. The latest version of reports for lines 81 and 82 have been recovered. All other reports are from 2/26/2023. Most reports have not had any major changes since that date. Reports for lines 61A and 61B that are currently in the “Run in the IZ” folder are outdated versions that pull data from COUNTER 4 only. If you made copies of the reports in 2024, please email jungah.lee@sjsu.edu to share the reports with others. All shared reports are/will be available in one of the subfolders in the "/shared/California State University Network/Reports/ACRL Statistics NOT official/" folder. For "Run in the IZ" reports, you can use one of the shared versions or use the column formula on slide 22. Email jungah.lee@sjsu.edu if you have questions or need help.
