  • Analytics Consortial Folder clean-up

    • Should we continue monthly/bimonthly?

      • If so, when should the first open forum be?

      • We could use the 2nd best date from -

    • Promote learning & sharing

      • Share highlights from webinars/training sessions

      • Share tips & tricks on analytics - functions, regular expressions, etc.

    • Review new releases on analytics.

    • COUNTER 5.1 compliance is coming soon to Alma.

      • Provide a review of the difference between COUNTER 5.0 vs. COUNTER 5.1.

    • Continue to ask if anyone wants to share their or review publicly available reports/dashboards and show how they are using them.

    • Christina brought up that some of the small CSU’s may not have SUSHI setup and could benefit from another presentation.

      • A 2nd SUSHI presentation that focuses on how to view the data harvested in analytics is possible to do.

CSU Analytics Consortial Folder Clean-up

    • Presented & opened for feedback at the open forum on 4/25/2024. There was no feedback received from anyone outside of the committee.

    • Finalized & posted on the wiki on 5/31/2024

  • What’s been done so far:

  • What are the next steps?

    • What to do with folders such as Rapido that are at locations that currently don’t follow the policy.

    • Folders that were marked for deletion but did not get deleted.

    • Any folders that you’d like to tackle next?

    • Discuss more in detail at the next meeting?

  • Available tools and helpful documents

    • Analytics usage tracking dashboard - /shared/California State University Network/Dashboards

      • We noticed last year that there’s no field that shows whether a report still exists or has been deleted.

  • Opening up NZ analytics to more people?

    • At SJSU some librarians have started weeding project. More may join. # of physical copies within CSU’s is one of the data that is being requested for weeding projects.

    • Would we consider opening up the NZ analytics to analytics consumers? Maybe a shared account per CSU?
